End Consumer

Part of the responsibilities of BT&P is looking after the best interests of consumers. In an ideal situation, providers of telecommunication services satisfy consumer needs by providing high quality services at affordable prices and based on fair conditions.

However, the real world is not perfect. BT&P addresses consumer interests and as such mediate between parties to solve technical or other problems related to telecommunication and post in The Netherlands Antilles.

BT&P will consider all complaints and enquiries relating to telecommunications or postal services supplied in the Netherlands Antilles. Most of the time complaints will need to be resolved between the end consumer and the party that caused the complaint. If possible BT&P will contribute to getting the matter worked out.

For any claim or remark, concerning telecommunication and/or postal service please dial the number 0800 1922. After the tone you can speak in your message. Please mention the name of company/organization, your claim or remark, eventually the date and time this happened. Please press the '#'-sign after placing your claim or remark to receive your verification number.
