This is the Newsletter that the Radiocommunications Agency will issue each quarter, from now on. With this Newsletter we aim at informing the people of the Dutch Caribbean and the telecommunications and postal participants in the market about specific facts, events and developments surrounding the industry. During its initial visit in the month of January 2011, the Radiocommunications Agency observed that there is considerable need for this, especially so on the Leeward Islands.
