Permit holders

Operating radio electric equipment within the Netherlands Antilles requires a license issued by BT&P on behalf of the Governor. Specifically permits are required for the communications equipment used for purposes other than telegraphy, telex and telephony, which are covered by concessions.

All permits need applied for by filling out the appropriate forms and handing in required paperwork. Forms are available at the following locations:

• BT&P, Industrieterrein Groot Davelaar 139-140 / Curacao
• BT&P, CW.G. Buncamper Road Harbour View Lot 3 / Unit D / St. Maarten
• BT&P, Kaya Grandi 69 / Bonaire

Completed forms need to be submitted to the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Netherlands Antilles at Fort Amsterdam 17
