If you experience interference, if you have a complaint regarding a service or product from the Telecom-, Post- or Energy sector, a complaint regarding the Airport Tariffs, or if you have information about companies in these sectors, not complying with the rules in your opinion, get in contact with us or notify us by means of the Complaint form stating clearly the subject and the sector to which your complaint or notification refers.
You may also phone BT&P +(599-9) 463-1700, stating the subject “Complaint”.
You will then be put through to the department which will register your complaint.
BT&P will deploy its expertise to detect the source of the problem and to remedy the same within the frameworks of its authority.
