Numbering plan 2016

Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post, on behalf of the minister of Traffic, Transportation and Environmental Planning is charged with the execution of the numbering policy and control as formulated by the minister in the Numbering plan 2016.

Numbering plan 2016 guidelines

In the Numbering plan 2016 the guidelines are laid down for the management, the allocation and the use of (telephone) numbers for public electronic communication services, taking into account the relative availability of numbers. The key here is to facilitate the telecommunications market.

Aside from the Numbering plan 2016 a tariff guideline has been established for access numbers and information services. This tariff guideline particularly comprises the rates concession holders may charge for 080x, 090x, 92xx and 93xx numbers but also the manner in which concession holders pass on rates to contracting parties that provide information services as a service provision to their own customers.   • The tables associated with the Numbering plan 2016: these include information on the allocation of numbering resources in the various user categories and tables
  • Numbers for network use
  • The application procedure for numbers for Curaçao: here the procedure for revoking numbers designated for use in Curaçao is explanined and further requirements for a few specific number series are treated
  • The application procedure for numbers for the BES islands: refers to the competent authorities for the BES islands for these applications and includes the tables for these applications and includes “Dial-out” tables Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba
