Tariff guideline Numbering plan 2016

Persuant to Article 7, 2nd paragraph, under section d, of the the National Ordinance on the telecommunications provisions (Official Gazette 2011, no. 37),conditions apply with regards to the tariffs for the awarded concessions for the installing, maintaining and operating of a public local, mobile or long distance telecommunications infrastructure.

On this basis concessions include regulations for the tariff structure as well as the provision that the minister of Traffic, Transportation and Urban Planning has the authority to establish the tariff guideline.
